Le Petit Manoir is a riverside.detached granite cottage in a tiny village of granite cottages. It is the last cottage at the foot of a green way leading to the Chateau of Le Tiercent.
Our kitchen and a large Lounge/dining Room leading out onto a terrace for Alfresco dining.
There is partial central heating radiators but for the main heating are two log burner stoves which provide a great background warmth on the two floors.
On the first and second floors are the 3 bedrooms 2 of which contain a double and a single bed, the other is a double bed only.
There is a bathroom toilet on the third floor which is shared by two bedrooms.
The master bedroom on the first floor has a large en-suite with a bath,toilet and shower.
There are extensive gardens and a water meadow with electric point for camping and caravaning.
There is a sun-deck with a b-b-q area with a raised deck leading to a 9mX4.5m swimming pool. quite suitable for a proper swim not just a plunge.
The more formal lawn and garden next to the house are a suitable area for private sunbathing.
At the rear of the house a green way leads through woods to the 17C Chateau with a romantic 14C Rapunzel tower.
This is truly a place to chill out in.
Also on the first floor is a salon (a quiet room for reading and video viewing).
CAMPING is available close to the house in the meadow.Maximum 2 tents ...must be part of the booking party staying at the cottage . Maximum 2 tents .Electricity and water point available on site
